1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and The Rockstar Service ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the therockstarservice.com website. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY & STRICT RESTRICTIONS The financial matching services provided by this Site are subject to specific eligibility requirements established by our lending partners. By using this Site to request a loan, you represent and warrant that:

  • Age: You are at least 20 years of age and no older than 65 years of age.

  • Location: You are NOT a resident of the state of New York.

  • Employment: You are NOT a member of the Active Duty Military or a dependent thereof.

  • Banking: You have a valid Checking Account (Savings-only accounts are not accepted).

  • Accuracy: All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE (LEAD GENERATION) The Rockstar Service is not a lender, loan broker, or financial institution. We are a marketing lead generator. We do not make credit decisions, originate loans, or process payments.

By submitting your information, you are requesting to be matched with independent third-party lenders or financial networks (such as Lifefunds.net). The Company does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, that you will be approved for a loan, or that you will receive any specific interest rate.

4. CONSENT TO CONTACT (TCPA) By entering your telephone number and clicking "Submit," "Get Rates," or similar buttons on our Site, you provide your electronic signature and express written consent for us and our third-party lending partners to contact you for marketing purposes.

You agree to receive communications via:

  • Telephone calls (including to mobile numbers).

  • SMS and Text Messages.

  • Automated dialing systems and pre-recorded voice messages.

You agree to this contact even if your number is currently listed on any internal, corporate, state, or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a requirement to purchase goods or services.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

7. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site.

8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Colorado. The Rockstar Service and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
